I installed Dimension CC and after i work a little , it just stop working . It dosent froze, looks like I can press buttons and click but when I do, nothing happens , I can close the program oly with task manager. Is pretty weird because I have a brand new Lenovo legion Y520 , with nividia geforce gtx, intel core i5 , 7th generation , SSD and still not working.
Sounds like the 'core' of the application crashed while the UI part is still working. The next time this happens, please close the application and then look for your application log files. You can e-mail those to tickets@adobedimension.com with a brief description of what happened and we'll take a look.
