Dimension dashboard frozen on grey screen

I Installed Adobe Dimension recently. It worked fine on that day. The next day, i open it and the canvas is just a grey screen and frozen, no assets or grid apear and it frezes on a perpetual "loading" when i try to place assets and models. The program from that point becoms un responsive and has to be force closed through task manager.
