Have you signed into your Adobe account on another computer... It will then track Photoshop (or which ever app) as being on too many systems

That can be a case as note @Ussnorway7605025  Go to your Adobe ID page and check your active sessions. If they are more than 2 cancel them and sign in into your account via CC App Manager.
