Dimension fails to open New Project

I've had Dimension on my computer for the last couple of months and up until last week, it worked perfectly. 

 

This is my current situation/dilemma with Dimension: 

I am able to open Dimension.  
Upon clicking New Project or on a Recent Project the spinning blue ball appears and the software does not open or change from the home screen. 

 

My troubleshooting so far includes:

Restarting computer.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Dimension (current version and previous versions). 

 

I'm working with a 2021 Macbook Pro with the M1 chip. 

If anyone has any tips to get this working again, that would be greatly appreciated.

Update: 

I updated my OS to the latest Monterey (v. 12.6) and Dimension is working again. Hooray.

Mine does the same thing but I use Windows 10

check your accout settings in creative cloud that you don't have two many computers linked to this account... in Photoshop etc it tells you but Dimension just locks the ui from opening

Thanks for your reply. I have checked my account settings to make sure I don't have too many computers linked and the problem is still happening. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
