Dimension File Unable to Open

So i've been working on a render to redo my room. I've had 0 problem un untill yesterday where when i try to open the dimension file, its says unabvle to open. other files i have will open but not that one. I tried retarting my laptop, opening a new file and importing as a 3d object, but all to no avail.
