Dimension is flickering and flashing on brand new PC

I have a new CORSAIR - VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900K - 64GB DDR5 5600 MHz Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 2TB SSD. I downloaded Adobe Dimension and it's flickering and flashing anytime I hover my mouse over it. There's nothing wrong with my PC; everything including Nvidia is up to date. What do I do to stop this? The program is unusable.

Try to switch GPU Mode. May be this is a new card and Dimension do not support its for now.
Modes:

The factory default setting is OC mode, providing users with the best performance.
Switching to silent mode will give you a quieter experience ²
