Dimension is no longer opening up. Says I must buy and I already am under all the apps plan.

Dimension says I have to buy it and it won't let me in. All my other apps are opening up. Creative Cloud seems to be working. Anyone out there who can connect to Adobe and let them know. I would guess the registration for Dimension is out of date.
