Dimension not updating to latest version (3.1)

Dimension is installed as ver. 3.0. When i launch Dimension it says "A new version of Dimension is available. Update now." at the bottom. I click update Creative Cloud app launches but it doesn't update Dimension. It shows 3.0. When i go to app (in Creative Cloud app) and click "..." dots icon and select "Other versions" it shows 3.0 as latest.
