Dimension pompt error message after start

I'm not able to work with Dimension because of this error. I got it in the past as well with older OS and older Dimension versions. After the last update it was gone but now it's there again.
After this message, Dimension is doing nothing. 
System: Mac Mini M1 MacOS 13.3
Dimension: Latest version

Any hints?

The reason can be error during installation
