Dimension's Axes error

I bought Dimension recently and I installed it. But the Axes cannot exist with my program. How can I solve this problem? I reinstalled it twice already, but it doesn't work.... please help me.

그럼 번역해서 봐주세요. 좌표축도 안 뜨고 오브젝트도 안 떠서 재설치 했습니다. 그런데도 안 뜨네요. 보니까 그래픽카드 문제라고 다른 글에서 답하셨던데 그것 외에 해결방안 있을까요?
