Dimension Unable to Open Document

I am unable to open any .dn documents in Adobe Dimension. This includes documents created in previous versions of Dimension and any new documents I create. Once I have closed out of Dimension and try to open a document I just created get the error message "Unable to Open Document". I am using version 4.04. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I sent a ticket to Adobe about this issue back in April 2024 and never received an answer. I've had this issue since version 3.4.11.
