Dimension Version 3.4.4

I have some issues with dimesion app. When I started to work today on my project, I was able to import Designs in the model in a correct direction, scale, view and sizes. But I decide to remodel my model in a different software and export into dimesion again. When I decide to import the Desing In the Model as normal, the Decal was not showing anything in the model. It would show that something was add it, but the actual image was not poping out in the model. 

The 3D Model file was FBX 

The graphic model file was PNG and JPG and nothing was shoing.
