Dimension When will they fix?

I am SURE there are 100s of posts on how Adobe Dimension

will NOT open after trying everything possible to make this Software work.

Does anyone know when this HUGE ISSUE will get fixed. Do we get some kind of discount

on our CC Suite monthly purchase?

No, no warnings whatsoever just stop right on the Start Page. I really need to use this software

because clients need bottles of Vitamins mocked up and it just will not open 😞

I updated everything there is to update and I tried using an older version so I can get this project done.

But looks like I might lose this big project because the software not opening. This is where it stops every single time.

I am really bummbed out.

There is some issue with loading video that contain start screen that can hung dimension , but I am not shure if this is a case for your bug. Please create a bug on https://feedback.adobedimension.com/forums/552559-adobe-dimension-feature-requests
