Dimension won't launch

I have a 2017 Apple Refurbed IMac Pro, I know the system requirements meet whatever Dimensions needs to run but it won't launch. I have uninstalled it and re-intalled it several times. I have run Adobe cleaner tool and re-loaded it, nothing. When I do all this and I try and launch it I get a quick verifing menu bar and then nothing. And after that I try an launch it, nothing... So frustrating...

I have a secondary display, an Apple Cinema Display 20" with an adapter. On my work computer is a weaker IMac, I-5 with a much weaker graphics card, 8Gb of ram as apposed to my 16Gb of ram on my graphics card. And it has a secondary monitor hooked up to it which is a Apple 24" Thunderbot Display. Dimensions works just fine on that one.

I am on Big Sir OS. I have tried older verisons of Dimensions same thing.

This is a personal account. And the specs meet all those or are above. The latest version of Dimension. I have tried a couple of the other older versions tho.
