how do i use text in adobe dimentions?

    you don't because its end of life i.e, finished!

     

    if you need to print text [in 3D] then Rhino is the best tool to use assuming plastic or wood materials are ok

     

    Adobe Dimension [that's single not plural] is a software for making a 2D rendor from a flat background & 3D models... if you want text then builds after 3 have a ui for adding them
