Question

Dimensions won't close and won't allow my computer to restart.

Dimensions won't close and won't allow my computer to restart. I was using dimensions like normal, went to go close the program and it won't close. Not only that, but I cannot turn off my computer or restart it because it says I have to close Dimensions first... which I obviously can't do.

I have the latest mac book and cannot do a hard restart.

CC cloud will also not allow me to do a dimensions update because guess what... you have to close Dimensions first!

Help what do I do?

Just to be clear this post is taking about a older, no longer current build of Dimension

I've literally installed Dimensions yesterday onto a new imac and have the same issue today.

Can't forcibly close the app to restart!  Also took a day to upload all my old materials!... what's going on with this app!?

Yes the upgrades are a massive f-up and the result of Adobe bubble A not taking to bubble B

The fix I used was a hard restart then uninstall Dimension and reinstall it i.e upgrades fail but fresh install works
