Dimensions Won't Operate Properly

No matter how many times I open up Adobe Dimensions from my Macbook, the bottom half of the screen is just black, and it glitches. I have a Macbook Pro 13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports, and my memory is 16 GB. I've been told my RAM is what's causing Dimensions to not function correctly, and I tried troubleshooting it, but the results were in vain. I don't know what to do with the app...
