Document Settings are missing in Dimension

My document settings are missing in Dimension. They do not show in Properties or under the File menu when a file is open, making a new file, with anything or nothing selected. The options that come up under File are:

New

Open

Open Recent

Save

Save As

Import

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
