Question

Educational License for schools. Using Dimension in Labs.

We have Adobe Dimension installed on our classroom lab computers. When the students or I try to use it when we log in with our Adobe ID, we get a licensing error and the program closes. Is there something that we need to do at our University to make this program available.

I am able to use Dimension on my laptop with my Adobe ID, just not the computers in our lab.

Thank you.

your school will have a proxy server so Dimension can't "call home" to Adobe i.e, the network tech that set it up didn't know what they are doing and using your personal Adobe ID on a school system = format to fit it

a personal computer or a class computer that can talk to the internet will work... or a school computer set up correct to use the student logins will work but mixing the two is not an option

The lab computers that we installed dimension on use Adobe everyday. We do know what we are doing and students use their adobe license to use other adobe programs on the same computers. Why would it be different for Dimension?
