Empty library

Hello everyone,

I have a very worrying problem every day. 
When I launch the software everything works perfectly, including in the library.
But when I run a render, and then go back to my design page, the library window goes blank, and I have no choice but to close the software and restart it.
It wastes me a lot of time. Do you know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.

yes this is a known bug that was reported on day 1... the Adobe server dropps the line because it thinks a rendor is doing nothing

 

to be clear, the library and network are a different department to Dimension... welcome to the bubble system

So, three years later and I'm still having this issue. Glad to see Adobe is on top of this...

Did you try to reinstall you Graphics Card drivers or Dn? If that do ot help please fill your bug here https://feedback.adobedimension.com/forums/552760-adobe-dimension-bugs
