Hello together

We have a file with 16 GB that unfortunately cannot be opened after adding an object. Can someone please help us with this? It is an important customer project that we have been working on for 2 weeks.

wait a min, your Dn is 16G and your laptop only has 16G ram?

that should not be possible, did this file come from another computer with 64G ram perhaps... anyway the fix is to use a more powerful computer

a Windows 10 Ryzen with 64Gram is my current rendor system

Hi Sebastian, the file needs more Ram to open so a system with more avalable Ram is realy your only hope at this point... you may want to look into hire an online server for the task or just make a smaller/ less complex copy of the file for your client

I am working with a Macbook Pro with 16GB Ram, the file will not open after adding an object. Do you have a plan?
