flickering screen when i move the mouse

hi, I am having a problem with dimension as when I move my mouse the screen starts to flicker and as soon as I stop moving it's fine.

this only happens when I have two screens on at the same time but I don't encounter this problem when only one screen is on. 

does anyone know what I can do so I can use two screens while working on dimension?
