All of a sudden Dimension suddenly cuts to a grey screen when I''m in the middle of working on a project. Its just started doing it from 3 days ago. Its very annoying, I can open file and click on save etc, but nothing happens I have to force quit Dimension.

Yep same here. You know how many hours of work this repeative error has lost? Among other crashes Dimension does? Un-install, Re-install? Pretty basic troubleshooting. 2023 MBP

looks like the Gpu has failed but its more likely software than actual hardware... have you perhaps got a eGpu you can temp plug in?

I don't have an eGPu. It never used to do this, it's just started happening in the last month. I've been using Dimension since early versions with no problem. It just seems to be so random.

Hello, can you tell us more about your computer ? CPU, GPU, OS ...

Have you trying to uninstall and re install Dimension ?

If the first solution doesn't work you can Try Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool is intended for advanced computer users and can fix many common problems (such as removing old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers).

Let us know if it work.

I have also used the cleaner tool restarted mac re-insatlled and still does it randomly. I have some crazy deadlines coming up and need to get this sorted. Is there a log that can be looked at the next time it happens?
