Grey Screen and invisible objects

Question

A few months back (maybe July-ish) I had downloaded Dimensions on my work computer and was able to create no problem. Now (in November) I only get a grey screen and objects do not show up at all on the canvas. Not even the background pictures or in the tutorial mode. My computer has not changed (besides the standard updates) and I have the newest version of dimensions. Anyone know what the problem is or what changed? Better yet: is there a way to fix this?

1, yes Adobe knows all about it and you can add your name to the few waiting for a fix here

p.s, include your system specs and build verson

2. no fix [yet]... your best option is to use the older Dimension builds
