How do I get my Dimension Disc Space back after closing the app?

Every time I open Dimension, I immediately lose several GB. When I close the app, I never get that space back. Yet when I try disc cleanup, it also doesn't return the space. There is no folder I can find that holds Dimension cache and no topic I can find that mentions it.

How do I get this space back?

After speaking with Adobe support, they said they would investigate this as they have never heard of it happening. I then did some deep digging into my AppData/Local folder and found an obscenely large folder that had been created on the date of the issue. The folder was called "FelixDCXAppID" and had 20+ GB inside of undecypherable files. I looked up the file on Google and found one post in English. The post cited Adobe as the culprit with Adobe support still investigating its origins. I deleted it. Dimension now runs smoothly.

step 1 = restart the system ... if your space comes back then it was temp Ram being used which would mean the system is using harddrive space as a stop gap

if its not temp Ram then try the cleaner next

All this did was uninstall the program. Where in my post did I say I wanted to do that?

I'm trying to remove whatever temporary data is clogging up 20+ gigs of my space from collective reboots of the software. If I wanted to uninstall the software, I would have done that already. Instead, this cleaner removed the app but still didn't remove the invisible data. Where the heck is Adobe hiding it and how do I get it back and why on Earth would it be hidden in the first place?
