How do we import .ai files?

I know I can drag from my Library, but it sounded like there is another way to import Illustrator files.

I can't seem to find the correct way to do this... any help appreciated.

Hi. Normally, we use .ai files in Dimension as graphics on a 3D model (as a decal or fill). You need to select a model and go to File > Import > Place Graphic as Model or click in "Place Graphic on Model" button in the Actions panel.
