How to decrease .dn file size and disable huge SnapshotRepository creation in Dimension

Greetings,

I have this huge issue with Dimension.

Starting on February 11th, 2022 Dimension started generating huge 2-3GB repositories EACH time I open a .dn file.

These unneeded repositories are stored in the following folder:

C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\FelixDCXAppID\com.adobe.dcx\SnapshotRepository

How do I disable this snapshot "functionality" ?

My SSD almost filled up before I caught the culprit.

Upon reflection the problem must be related to a change in my workflow.

I used to work on smallish .dn files 30-50MB in size.

The current .dn files are actually around 2GB in size. (the big .dn link to other smaller .dn files)

The big .dn size is something I would also like to fix

Adding on to this discussion topic - 30GB+ of Snapshot repositories generated from a 9GB .dn file (see attached picture). I wonder if there's a way to re-route the path for repository saving function.

I have the same problem. i even bought an extra 500gb drive. But that didn't solve the problem. Forced to clean constantly through Total Commander

Same for me, very annoying!

Also, it doesn't solve the issue with huge file sizes of dn files.
