How to put a logo on a 3D object imported from Vectorworks?

Hello,
I've been searching for a while now for how to put a logo on an object created in Vectorwrks, exported in FBX format and imported in Adobe dimension. When I try to put any image on one of the sides, it only appears in the menu on the right. When I try to play with the size, it is either too big or it is not visible. It's as if the image (which is small in size) doesn't fit in the modification frame.
Does anyone have an answer to my problem? That would be great! 🙂

If you select the imported model and choose Object/Generate UVs, does it then behave as you're expecting?

Vectorworks is a bit of a wild card when it comes to UV mapping FBX... your best bet is to share the model so we can have a go at fixing it for you
