I'm not able to download adobe dimension free trial.

I tried to sign in and out multiple times, searched everything but this error keeps popping up.

i have the same issue and i dont have a m1 chip - its a 

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

the M1 is the cpu not the Gpu mate

you prob have an old 16" Mac from around 2018-2020... It has an integrated low-power Gpu as well as a better one but your Gpu doesn't matter for downloading Dimension

step 1 = have you got a personal [not enterprise or school] Adobe account?

yes = check that you have allow older apps ticked... if its not ticked then the software will not show in the list because Dimension is finished

your Mac is being blocked... prob because its M1 hardware?
