I don' understand the render process image of Dimension.

I define my artwork with 7913px x 11457px (the dimension of a poster with 67cm x 97cm by 300dpi) as you can check it on images below:

When I render the image it gives me a different size rendered image:

How to correct this problem? Anyone?

I guess that I discover the problem. The thing is the definition of the resolution.

At first I made the size artboard with 67 x 97 cm and with 300dpi. It doesn't worked. So I tried to convert the size measure into pixels which gaves me 7913 x 11457 px (that is the same), keeping 300dpi in resolution field. That doesn't worked too. After that I tried to reduce the resolution from 300dpi to 72dpi, but keeping 7913 x 11457 px. After wait 2 hours and 30 minutes, Dimension rendered the correct image size.

It is fine for screen, but I want a high resolution image for print.

So, or Dimension doesn't support high resolution images, or I guess that is a bug on the size artboard definition.

Just got an update from the engineering team.
Could you please share the Help > System Info dialog text with us?

Also, would you mind sharing a video of how you render the object?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

That does not look like a typical experience, I have share it with our engineering team and they are looking into it.

Will share an update as soon as I hear from them.
