Importing Substances to Dimension

Hi Ares, thanks for you comment, it is a pitty that I cannot even get my Dimension to see what is on the Adobe Cloud Libraries. Missing icons, no response, not funny at all. I am thinking in subscribing to the AdobeStock little package, but if Dimension cannot see even Adobe's own files, what can one expect in a few months?

Anoying. I did exactly all steps you adviced me on a few months ago, but nothing works now. Not as after your first helping notes. It does work as you mention on this message, but cannot see the icon, which is the most helpfull thing on the palettes. Do you have knowledge of this being a normal issue to everyone now?

Attached my steps and info of what I am running now on, not Monterey as a Mac man said to me, I should wait, as I got too many things that can be affected if I do the jump to Monterrey... either way I choose, I am stuck!!!
