Iphone model in Dimension

I've been trying for hours now to get an Iphone X (or newer) model into Dimension. But no 3D objects works to import. I only get error messages. It's really frustrating.

 

I've tried a lot of free 3D models because I coudn't find a single one in adobe stock. I would like to use it as a mockup with website screen inside.

i'd use one of the Adobe stock ones, its free and pretty closeon the front screen... anyway good luck
