Issue Importing Model into Dimension

Hello! 

I'm having an issue with an Adobe Stock file I licensed and importing it into Dimension. I'm able to import other 3D models into Dimension with no difficulty, including other licensed models from Adobe, but when it comes to this specific file it won't upload. Has anyone else encountered this and do you have a workaround? Or do I need to request a new file/refund?

The Adobe Stock Model in question is AdobeStock_#123958223
