Issues with Fantastic Fold

I am trying to use Fantastic Fold but am running into some issues. While I've been able to use it previously, recently I have not been able to access the program at all. I've attached screenshots showing the conundrum. If I visit the Adobe Prerelease page to sign up for the program, it shows that I am not yet part of Fantastic fold, if I try and load Fantastic Fold, it prompts me to join and then gives me an error message stating my AdobeID is already a part of the program.

Fantastic Fold has become a big part of my teams workflow and I need access back ASAP. Maybe if someone could remove my account from the program, I could sign up again and gain access?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I appreciate the move to a better forum. I only posted to the one I did because it was the forum that came up when I googled my issue and I saw a post that got answers/a fix in that forum.

i have no  fantastic fold expertise.  hopefully, someone else can help.
