Keeps rendering by 1024 x 768 instead of 6,000 × 4000 pixels

My previous renders were 6000x4000 pixels. My document says 6000×4000 pixels. It keeps rendering at 1024.

How do i fix this?

both , he is opening a decal image in Dimension which auto sends it to Photoshop where it opens at 1024... the idea that he could do this before without it auto converting is the part I can't see
