lags with a Dimension display aplication widnow

Hi, I have a problem with Dimension, I don't know, lags with a display aplication widnow maybe or something like that?

That problem is only with Dimension. I have other Adobe aplications, but they are working just fine.

My hardware:
Intel i7 7700K
64 GB RAM 3000MGH
Nvidia 1660 GTX (drivers updated)
