Licensed Assets can not be opened, can not redownload

I install adobe dimenstion for the first time in macbook, but then I change to a Windows PC.
But my downloaded assets is not sync. I need to redownload manually one by one and add it to my library over again.


Is there any solution?

You have already said that download one at a time works so this is a network issue and Adobe is famous for crappy file sync

 

Once all the advertisement and tracking scripts finished loading the app will get around to your account files... Just give it a week
