Light of an object on the Grund platta

Is there a way to see the light of an object on my Grund platta?

With an additional object the light becomes visible,which I do not find satisfactory.

I forget to turn on reflection on the Grundplatte

Legend

it looks like the environment light is reflecting off your Grundplatte so you could;

change its material density so as to limit this reflexion or
change the overall light angle | intensity (but affects every object in scene)

p.s, no you can't see the lighting until you rendor... thats the nature of 3d and why we get two preview screens before you press rendor
