Hello everyone! How to apply multiple materials to one object in dimension?

I created the bottle in ai, added it to dimension, put the label on it and when i wanted to change label matearial i cant, the material changes on both the bottle and the label

Are you changing label (decal) material or object material? If you are changing object material it must change only object material not decal as decal is bitmap image (png, jpg  etc)
