My charity windbreak idea AD BREAK

Need some advice on which platform to use for my windbreak idea. I stumbled upon Dimension by accident (even after asking ADOBE at various times which program would be best suited ) and hopefully it might be the platform I need. All I need is to drag and drop some logo's onto a stock windbreak (and at most tweak a few colours). Thats it. As much as it might be nice as advised to learn Elements inside out and the multiple usgaes of SPARk etc all i need is this. please see images. Its all for charity so any advice would be much appreciated. Or if anyone can offer some very short tailored instructions on how to do this that would be awesome
