Need a 2d design

Hello everyone ! 

 

I need to create a full wrap on a hard hat. If I do it with dimension, it is possible to get the 2D distorted image to print it on the hard hat using thermoforming afterwards ?

yes its possible but thermoforming only works on the outside surface so you need to edit your model UV map

 

how well you can edit a UV map is down to the model itself but yes Dimension or Blender are both good starting options for people learning the basics
