No matter if I import a model or use an older file, Dimension freezes

The new versions of Dimension simply do not work, every time I try to import a model or open a previously created file it freezes and stops working. It's frustrating not being able to work anymore.

I have the same issue and I have not found a solution, Dn crashes and then nothing...

Try to reinstall Dn. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

Thanks Ares. I’m still experiencing the same issue; I already uninstalled with the tool, but when I try to open Adobe Dimension files, it freezes. To be specific, files created in version 4.X work fine, but previous versions, say 3.X or imported models (no matter the version), cause a crash—even when saving the file and reopening it, the program keeps loading and then freezes
