Abro el programa adobe dimension 

abre el programa pero no deja ingresar se queda pensando

    Me sucede lo mismo, solo que en mi entorno de Dimension no aparece nada de nada. Pagué mi licencia y no lo puedo usar 😞

      It's Funny, that Dimensions opens the app Music while starting (since yesterday). The screenshot shows, where the starting procedure stucks. How can I prevent the system blocking? Switched off the VPN and firewall did not helped.
      Thanks for any hints and support!

      Did you use latest update? Try to use CPU instead GPU.

      how to use CPU instead of GPU?

      Dimensions 3.3 does not start here too (opens app window and shows an empty or sometimes a half filled control window, where nothing can be activated). This part of the CC cannot be used by me.

       

      Machine Info: Mac Pro 5,1; Mac OS 10.15.3; 64 GB RAM; 2 x 3,46 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon; GPU: Radeon VII 16 GB
