Only see gray screen in Dimension.

I have used Dimension in the past but now I just get a gray screen. I can't see objects that I pull into the frame but I can set material changes and colors to them.  So far no one at adobe has been helpful and I don't see anyone that has had a similar problem online. I was excited to use this app again for mock ups but I need help since I can't seem to figure it out.
