Placed graphics "jumping" every time I try to precisely place.

Placed graphics "jumping" every time I try to precisely place/and or size it on an object. This is affected in every version of Dimension I try. I tried generating UVs. I've tried everything. Adobe support is no help. Does anyone have a solution for this? The program is unusable without being able to place graphics properly. I am on an Apple M3 running Swquoia 15.0.1
