What is your hardware?  Please try to wait after starting and loading app. Frozen, also happens with me.

Spec

>Cpu Intel Core i7-4790

  Ram 16GB

  SSD 500GB

  OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2

>GPU Nvidia Quadro K600

But it still doesn't work.

IMHO this is GPU and CPU problem as they are seem not enough for Dimension. Do you have any problem with Dimension 3.x? If no, it better to use previous version. I also change my hardware as they was out for requirements.
