Please check the Adobe Dimension program for me

The program is frozen and not working.and I can't click on anything at all, not even close the program. Please take a look at the video I sent.Thanks!

Things that may help:I would un-install Dimension, re-start the computer, then re-install Dimension.I would try to import that dai ichi file into a new Dimension document.I would try to open that dai ichi file with Dimension on another computer.
