Hello. Please how do I match the size of my jar to the label dimensions? I want to place a label on it and I want it to be the same dimension as the jar because when I use a random size to place the decal, the image starts to distort at the bottom. If you look at the bottom part of the jar, you'll see the distortion of the label.

first of all post images you want people to look at for you

2nd the label distorts at the bottom because it was placed as a Decal... what you need is a fill

the shape of that jar gives you 3 basic options;

  1. add a label area to the model for a sharp edge on the lower part or
  2. allow the ladel to wrap down on the curve of the jar [small distortion can look good]
  3. another option is to use a opacity map to cut your label back to a sharp edge... this gives you the same basic look as option 1 but with out having to change the model
