Problem in loading Adobe dimension

Hey, 

I am having difficulties in opening the Adobe Dimension, As whenever i am clicking on the ( Create New ) button, the application switches to a stanby/Hanged mode, and doesn't open, 

I am new to Adobe Dimension application and want to get my hands through, but finding it difficult as the application is not at all opening.

Pls, give me a  resolution asap.
