problems using adobe dimension

adobe dimension suddenly stopped working on my computer.

adobe support told me to open another user on the computer and test on that. it worked on the new user...

any idea what the problem could be and if yes how to solve it??

Try to go to your Adobe ID and see your active session. Delete the sessions (if any) that you have created on other machines. Also try to sign out/in again into your Cloud account:
